I hit a new high in my work-out routine!

Oh my gosh! This was SO good I just had to share.

I was at the gym early this morning with my work-out buddy and was asked to push myself a little. Now usually, I lift 25-35 pounds on each side when doing the bench press. But today . . . I lifted a 45-pound plate x 2. That’s 135 pounds!

Feeling pretty good about my physical goals in 2009. :)
